I'm a little confused. I missed the previous zoom session and it was probably explained there. Does PAOflow use the projections after projwfc.x in quantum espreresso to redo the projections?

yes if you want, but we do our own projections in PAOFLOW directly

Oh! So the proj.in in the example files are unnecessary since you do not need to perform projwfc.x? or is that input file still required?
